You can use this portal to log issues with us. The types of issue, and the process for logging them and having them resolved are listed below.
Report an Incident
If an incident has occurred and you believe it should be brought to our attention, please log it by using the link to 'Report Incidence' above. We will be automatically notified once you have submitted your report. We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 5 working days. When we have received your report we will investigate it in line with our policy, and if necessary, communicate the outcome to you.
Make a Subject Data Access Request
In line with our Data Protection & GDPR policy, you can make a data disclosure request. Please see our Privacy Policy and page for making a Data Access Request for more information.
If you wish to make a Data Disclosure request please do so by using the link to 'Data Disclosure Request' above. We will be automatically notified once you have submitted your report. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 working days. When we have received your request we will collate the necessary information and notify you when we have the data available.
Make a Complaint
